Remember as a kid when you kept thinking “I can’t wait till I grow up and I can do anything I want!” We believed we wouldn’t have to get permission anymore from somebody else to do the things we wanted. We wouldn’t need permission from someone else to act the way we wanted, to wear what we wanted or think what we wanted. In short, we wouldn’t have t ask for permission to be the person we believed we really were, deep down in our hearts.
So then fast forward and we are adults. We’ve reached the stage we dreamed of. And aside from all the responsibilities we never understood came with making choices, it’s time to own who we are and what we do.
