The difference between knowing what’s good for you and actually doing it is life-changing. Sort of like the difference between knowing taking the birth control pills in your purse works and actually taking them.
Or the difference between health choices we know we should enact but don’t follow through on. Like stopping smoking or making sure we are exercising or getting enough sleep.
A whole different set of circumstances between your choice of knowledge or implementation. It has to matter enough to take action to make it happen. And action plans are scheduled into our lives. We plan to go to work, school, and so on. We have to plan to do the action and take action on the plan.
What do you already know that today is the day you start doing it? Is it time to actually write down those goals, how you will achieve them, schedule them in your phone/calendar/planner, and track your progress?
Is today the day you want to make it happen? Make a plan to succeed, make it easy, make sure you really do want it, make it happen today. Schedule it. Start it. Start something.
