One of the myths of reaching your dreams is the idea that it will be all joy. And all receiving. It could happen that way. But the other part, the part you don’t often hear about, is that you have to be willing to let go.
You have to let go in order to receive. If your hand is full of something, you can’t reach for something else. In order to move forward you have to leave something behind. You must turn from the past and look to the future.
Don’t let that stop you from moving toward your dreams. Open your hand and your heart to receive. Reach out for what you’ve been working toward.
